Experimental Research on Transmission Characteristics of Elliptic Gear Transmission Systems

چکیده

The special variable ratio transmission characteristics and complex tooth profile curve of elliptic gears make it difficult to analyse their characteristics, which restrict the application development elliptical gears. Given that, a characteristic analysis method based on testing is proposed in this paper. By building high-precision gear test rig, distribution laws dynamic lost motion, static back clearance, stiffness, friction torque vibration with speeds loads are analysed obtained. results show that motion will increase rotating speed. clearance gradually decrease load, stiffness increase. Enlarging load reducing speed can restrain amplitude, ensure transition system from bilateral collision state unilateral thus improve stability system.
